How do I book a soft play package?
- In order to book your soft play package, you must fill out our booking inquiry form. Once your form is filled out, you will be contacted via text within a few hours to confirm your date and time is available. Once you receive confirmation you will be required to pay your security deposit to secure your date.
How many hours do you rent out your soft play packages?
- All of our soft play packages are rented out for 4 hours. Any additional hour will be $50.
Am I required to pay a deposit?
- Yes. In order to secure your date, you will be required to pay a $75 security deposit. This deposit is refundable and will be refunded within 24 hours after your party has ended, upon discovering there was no damage to our equipment. Please note, this security deposit is separate than your soft play package total.
Do you set up and break down the equipment?
- Yes. We will set up between an hour-two hours before your event and will break down once your event is over, All set up and break down fees are included.
What is your weather policy?
- Busy Baby Soft Play will not set up in any inclement weather. If you do not have the option to move your party indoors then we will allow you to reschedule. As long as the new date requested is available we will be able to accommodate the new date. If you are not willing to reschedule or move your party indoors, you will be refunded your deposit.
What is your cancellation policy?
- We completely understand that life happens! We ask if you need to reschedule to at least give us a two weeks notice. If we do not receive a two weeks notice, your deposit will be forfeited.
When is my balance due?
- Your remaining balance is due the day before your event. If you balance is not paid the day before, your package will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
What areas do you service?
- We service South Jersey and surrounding areas. We will not service areas further than 45 miles from 08046.
Are there delivery fees?
- Yes. Delivery fees will be calculated and added onto your total. Delivery to Willingboro will be free.
